At Smoking Resolution Center by Physicians, we are committed to providing our patients with the best opportunity at improving their quality of life by enabling them to quit smoking permanently.  We proudly offer a number of different programs for our patients:

Comprehensive Plan:

• Individual half-hour counseling session with a licensed professional regarding smoking dependency and cessation

• Education regarding smoking risks and cessation
  

• Physical examination by a Board-Certified physician
  

• EKG (electrocardiogram)

• Pulmonary function testing
  

• Blood oxygen level by pulse oximetry
  

• Injection of custom-dosed medications designed to alleviate nicotine withdrawal symptoms (The S.T.O.P. Shot)
  

• Post-treatment monitoring by nursing staff and physician in our comfortably-designed recovery room
  

• Post-treatment medications dispensed on-site
  

• Attendance at unlimited  sessions of post-treatment counseling
  

• Full report to your personal or referring physician, with patient's consent

• 30-day post-treatment counseling session with a licensed professional
  24/7  telephone access to one of our staff physicians

• One year follow-up commitment to every patient

• In the event of smoking recurrence or feelings of relapse, the patient will be invited to receive a discounted re-injection or alternative medication program and additional counseling after a re-visit with our physician

• Comprehensive Plan initial office visit will last approximately 90 minutes
  

Group Plan:

• 1-hour group counseling sessions with our licensed professional

• Group sessions will take place on Monday evening from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm

• Refreshments provided
  

Private Counseling Plan:

• For those patients who feel they need to start their nicotine withdrawal with counseling sessions first, we offer 30-minute private sessions with our licensed counselor

• If you choose to proceed with the full Comprehensive Plan after your private counseling sessions, the cost of 1 session will be deducted from the total price of the Comprehensive Plan
  

Physician Consultation Only:

• For those patients who are not yet sure which plan is right for them, we offer a 30-minute consultation with our Board-Certified Physician

• If you choose to proceed with the full Comprehensive Plan after your physician consultation, the cost of this visit will be deducted from the total price of the Comprehensive Plan
